the possibility that you or a family member might need help at home can be overwhelming and frightening. But seeking professional help (or help of any kind for that matter) is a sign of strength and a courageous act. Life is about growth on all levels—mental, emotional, and spiritual. It is our basic nature to gravitate towards and seek out wholeness and health.
Experiencing anxiety, fear, anger, frustration, and even depression is commonplace and part of the human journey. But we need not be mired and held hostage by these uncomfortable emotions. I believe that our limiting and core beliefs consciously and unconsciously affect our perception of the world and thus our emotions.
What if we could explore these beliefs that interfere with joy, peace, contentment, self love, and love of others? Learning to gently accept what is and live in the present moment will allow a deep healing to unfold.
